Radiance 2100 is a highly innovative Laser scanning confocal microscope. It has maintenance free, fixed alignment optics to get the best and reproducible confocal scanning performance..

The system has 4-line Argon primary Laser (457, 477, 488, 514 nm), Red Laser diode (637nm), and He Cd (442nm) Laser.

Biorad's Radiance 2100 Multichannel System

  1. Confocal system with 3 prism enhanced photo multiplier tubes (PMT'S)
  2. 40 mw argon laser ( 457,477,488,514 nm)
  3. Blue Laser diode (405 nm)
  4. 1.5 mw green He/Ne laser(637 nm), all attenuated by AOTF
  5. Allowing upto 8 custom filter per PMT to be inserted without affecting alignment and performance
  6. Fast digital photon counting for weakly fluorescent imaging
